How do I register?
You will be given the option to register at the end of the installation process. Alternatively, you may register at a later date by using the 'Registration' shortcut in the Start Menu.
How long does it take to register?
The registration form is short and should take less than a minute to complete.
When can I expect to receive my license?
Registrations are processed during normal buisness hours (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Mountain Time), and new licenses are usually sent out within one business day of registration receipt. However, this is not guaranteed and some users may experience delays.
What do I do with my license file once I have received it?
Once you have your license file saved to your computer, you need to install it. This can be done by using the 'Install License' shortcut in the COZView Start Menu folder.
When do I need a new license?
Basic licenses do not expire, but they are valid only for the registered User and Computer. If you wish to use COZView/COZSim on additional computers or with multiple users, new registrations must be submitted.
